"Die Band schlägt mittlerweile in den USA schon große Wellen, wohingegen sie in Europa fast noch ein Geheimtipp sind. Kann ich allerdings nicht ganz nachvollziehen, denn bei dem momentanen Emowahn der hier in Europa herrscht, sollten die Jungs aus Seattle eigentlich auch gut vorne mit dabei sein. Diese EP auf dem sympathischen Barsuk Label kann dies nur unterstreichen. Auf "Stability" geben die Death Cab drei Songs zum Besten, die allesamt sehr ruhig sind und den Hörer durch die repetitiven cleanen Gitarrenparts langsam aber sicher einlullen und in eine andere Welt mitnehmen. Mit "All Is Full Of Love" wurde sich auch Björk angenommen, was ja nie ein Fehler sein kann. Der Gesang ist durchgehen sehr zurückhaltend und zerbrechlich, genauso wie die Songs, die einen sehr schüchternen und introvertierten Charakter haben. Typisches Shoegazer Material eben, das aber so gut gemacht ist, dass man seine Zeit getrost mit dieser Platte verbringen kann. Höre ich oft spätabends mit einem guten Buch.
