Co-headlining a national tour with Death Cab for Cutie this spring, antic
prog-indie-art-rock band The Dismemberment Plan kicks ass and puts a smile
on your face in the process. change is their newest release, a
more subdued record than much of their previous work. Our friends at DeSoto
Records in Washington, DC (who have released most of D-Plan's music) aptly
describe this record as "a breath-takingly sophisticated amalgam of 70's
art-pop and high-theatric hard rock. In other words, this is classic Plan."
